How do I select a size that fits my pet?
Find the perfect size using our Size Guide and Diagram. The diagram will indicate how and where to measure your dog or cat. From there, the Sizing Chart will indicate the best size for your four-legged companion.

I’ve purchased the wrong size.
Not a problem! We offer full refunds and online credits for exchanges. To start the process of an exchange please contact Howler Collection at hello@howlercollection.com. We will help you through the easy process and provide you with a Return Authorisation number. 

Do you offer FREE postage?
Yep! with any purchases over AUD 99.

When will I receive my order?
Australian orders - We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-3 days outside of weekends/public holidays/promotional periods. 

Once your order dispatches, you will typically receive your parcel between 4-8 days for Standard Post and 2-4 business days for Express Post, depending on what Australian State or Territory you reside in. This excludes weekends & public holidays.

How do I care for my Howler Collection products?

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yup! You can purchase an online voucher here.

Can I send someone a gift?
Sure can. Uncheck Ship To The Same Address, and enter the gift recipient’s address as your shipping address.

Are your products print placement and colour as they appear on the website?
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours however, the colour displayed will alter from computer to computer system. We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the correct shade of colour.

The placement of the printed design will vary across each harness as they are designed as a repeat pattern across different-sized harnesses. This will affect its placement on the fabric.

What if the product I want is sold out?
Please contact us at hello@howlercollection.com and we will try our best to find you one or keep you informed when the next production is due. We aim to maintain stock of all our products and wherever possible forecast our best sellers.

What if I receive the wrong product?
Ughh, we are sorry! Please contact Howler Collection at hello@howlercollection.com and we will assist you. If the wrong product received is due to an error in our dispatching, Howler Collection will cover any return shipping costs and will re-dispatch the correct product as soon as we receive your product.
